Asocia\u0163ia\u00a0SOMATO Bal\u0163i \u2013 Chi\u015fin\u0103u \u2013 partener 2\u00a0abordeaz\u0103 o tem\u0103 de mare actualitate \u020bn societatea rom\u0203neasc\u0103: inciden\u0163a foarte mare a copiilor care prezin\u0103t\u0103 tulbur\u0103ri specifice de\u00a0\u020bnva\u0163are a limbajului scris. Ini\u0163iatoarea proiectului, Asocia\u0163ia HELICOMED, a pus la dispozi\u0163ia\u00a0celor 20 de cursan\u0163i, logopezi sau psihopedagogi, instrumentul produs \u020bn cadrul proiectului,\u00a0brevetat anterior ca \u201d<strong>APARAT PENTRU ETAPA DE \u00ceNV\u0102\u021aARE A SCRIS-CITITULUI<\/strong>, nr.\u00a0RO125059B1, \u020bnregistrat de c\u0103tre autorii: Burlea Georgeta, Burlea Anamaria (c\u0103s\u0103torit\u0103\u00a0CIUBAR\u0102) \u015fi Burlea \u015etefan Lucian \u015fi \u020bnregistrat ca marc\u0103 la OSIM sub denumirea de\u00a0\u201eLUDOLEXOGRAF\u201d.<\/p><p>\u020an paralel cu producerea aparatelor, cursan\u0163ii din cele 3 institu\u0163ii au depistat 500 de copii\u00a0pre\u015fcolari \u015fi \u015fcolari din clasa preg\u0103titoare, copii care prezentau diferite tulbur\u0103ri de limbaj oral iar\u00a0la sf\u0203r\u015fitul perioadei de depist\u0103ri, au selectat, pe baza unei evalu\u0103ri unitare, 200 de copii care au\u00a0reprezentat grupul \u0163int\u0103 al proiectului. Ulterior \u020bnregistr\u0103rii celor 200 de copii, logopezii \/\u00a0psihopedagogii au participat la cursurile de ini\u0163iere \u020bn terminologia \u015fi simptomatologia diferitelor\u00a0patologii medicale, care pot interfera ca factori etiologici endogeni ai dislexo-disgrafiei.<\/p><p>Dup\u0103 \u020bndeplinirea tuturor acestor obiective, \u020bn termenele prev\u0103zute ale proiectului,\u00a0cursan\u0163ii au \u020bnceput terapia logopedic\u0103, fiecare lucr\u0203nd cu cei 10 copii raporta\u0163i anterior \u015fi, \u020bn\u00a0acela\u015fi timp, particip\u0203nd la cursurile de instruire privind exersarea procedeului \u00abAS-GRAFO\u00bb,\u00a0\u020bnregistrat la O.R.D.A., procedeu aplicat pe aparatul LUDOLEXOGRAF. \u020an acest fel, terapia\u00a0logopedic\u0103 s-a realizat conform unei scheme standard de program terapeutic, care con\u0163ine ideile, conceptele, solu\u0163iile de design \u015fi cele tehnice, schi\u0163e, fi\u015fe de lucru etc., create de c\u0103tre titularii\u00a0brevetului \u015fi protejate prin drept de autor.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc1a39e elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"cc1a39e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img width=\"632\" height=\"333\" src=\"http:\/\/asociatiahelicomed.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screenshot-2022-12-24-at-17.13.24.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large\" alt=\"Ludexograf\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"http:\/\/asociatiahelicomed.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screenshot-2022-12-24-at-17.13.24.png 632w, http:\/\/asociatiahelicomed.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screenshot-2022-12-24-at-17.13.24-300x158.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 632px) 100vw, 632px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b2b04a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b2b04a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>LUDOLEXOGRAFUL<\/strong> a fost conceput ca un instrument de evaluare complex\u0103 a\u00a0copiilor, cu ajutorul c\u0103ruia pot fi depista\u0163i de timpuriu factorii de risc asupra c\u0103rora ar fi necesar\u00a0s\u0103 se intervin\u0103, \u00een timp util, pentru eliminarea lor.<\/p><p>Precizarea premiselor determinante ale reu\u015fitei \u00een activitatea lexico-grafic\u0103, cunoa\u015fterea\u00a0factorilor predictori ai succesului \u015fi identificarea, monitorizarea factorilor de risc ai apari\u0163iei manifest\u0103rilor dislexo-disgrafice, constituie condi\u0163ii necesare \u015fi esen\u0163iale pentru preven\u0163ie \u015fi,\u00a0implicit, pentru o interven\u0163ie timpurie remedial\u0103.<\/p><p>Premisele biopsihologice analizabile sunt starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate a organismului, integritatea\u00a0analizatorilor, integrarea senzorial\u0103, dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor motrice, a conduitelor \u015fi structurilor\u00a0perceptiv \u2013 motrice, a proceselor psihice, dezvoltarea armonioas\u0103 a personalit\u0103\u0163ii. Starea de\u00a0s\u0103n\u0103tate reprezint\u0103 o condi\u0163ie bazal\u0103 pentru succesul \u00een formarea \u015fi dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor lexico-grafice, f\u0103r\u0103 a asigura garan\u0163ia reu\u015fitei (valoare predictiv\u0103 mic\u0103). Orice alterare major\u0103 a structurii\u00a0\u015fi \/ sau a func\u0163iei normale a organismului, provocat\u0103 de cauze exogene sau endogene, este, \u00een\u00a0schimb, un puternic factor de risc pentru apari\u0163ia manifest\u0103rilor dislexo-disgrafice (valoare\u00a0predictiv\u0103 mare).<\/p><p>Scrisul, profund legat de evolu\u0163ia abilit\u0103\u0163ilor motrice, este posibil numai \u00een condi\u0163iile\u00a0existen\u0163ei unui anumit nivel de maturizare a sistemului muscular, de organizare a motricit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi a\u00a0coordon\u0103rii mi\u015fc\u0103rilor fine, precum \u015fi de dezvoltarea conduitelor \u015fi structurilor perceptiv\u2013motrice.<\/p><p><strong>Depistarea oric\u0103rei tulbur\u0103ri de psihomotricitate trebuie realizat\u0103 \u00een perioada\u00a0pre\u015fcolar\u0103<\/strong> pentru a se putea ini\u0163ia programe de terapie recuperatorie, \u00een scopul normaliz\u0103rii \u015fi\u00a0evit\u0103rii experien\u0163elor de e\u015fec \u015fcolar cu urm\u0103rile inerente acestuia.<\/p><p>Succesul \u00een activitatea lexico-grafic\u0103 este determinat de mul\u021bi factori psihopedagogici, a\u015fa\u00a0cum ar fi: aten\u021bia (distributiv\u0103 \u015fi concentrat\u0103), memoria auditiv\u0103 \u015fi verbal\u0103, \u020bn\u0163elegerea semnifica\u0163iilor mesajelor verbale, capacitate de comunicare adecvat\u0103 \u020bn registrele verbal,<br \/>nonverbal \u015fi paraverbal, intelect normal, anumite particularit\u0103\u0163i afectiv-motiva\u0163ionale \u015fi volitive\u00a0ale personalit\u0103\u0163ii), parcurgerea cu succes a con\u0163inuturilor curriculare.\u00a0Dac\u0103 succesul \u00een achizi\u021bionarea scris-cititului nu este garantat \u020bn mod automat de o\u00a0\u00eenzestrare intelectual\u0103 normal\u0103 sau chiar superioar\u0103, \u020bn schimb, se poate afirma c\u0103 reu\u015fita\u00a0<strong>achizi\u0163iilor lexico-grafice depinde \u020bn mare m\u0103sur\u0103 de nivelul de dezvoltare a abilit\u0103\u0163ile de\u00a0procesare fonologice.<\/strong><\/p><p>Altfel spus, <strong>abilit\u0103\u021bile de procesare fonologic\u0103 reprezint\u0103 cheia de bolt\u0103 pentru\u00a0\u020bnsu\u0219irea scris-cititului \u015fi pentru \u00een\u021belegerea materialului scris<\/strong>. Este absolut necesar ca \u00een\u00a0programul terapeutic al dislexiei s\u0103 fie introdus\u0103 \u015fi o etap\u0103 consacrat\u0103 \u00een mod explicit\u00a0antrenamentului fonologic. Programul de dezvoltare a abilit\u0103\u021bilor de procesare fonologic\u0103 va trebui\u00a0s\u0103 vizeze constant analiza fonetic\u0103 de la propozi\u021bie la cuv\u00e2nt, formarea percep\u021biei fonetice corecte,\u00a0analiza sunetului \u0219i integrarea lui \u00een lan\u021bul fonetic, analiza \u0219i sinteza fonetic\u0103 cuv\u00e2nt-silab\u0103, analiza\u00a0fonetic\u0103 de la silab\u0103 la sunet, sinteza fonetic\u0103 de la sunet la silab\u0103, formarea abilit\u0103\u021bii de a sesiza\u00a0rima, manipularea fonemelor. Aceste abilit\u0103\u0163i de procesare fonologic\u0103 se dezvolt\u0103 pe calea\u00a0indirect\u0103, de \u020bnv\u0103\u021bare a scris-cititului, numit\u0103 \u0219i <strong>calea \/ ruta fonologic\u0103<\/strong>. Calea fonologic\u0103 este\u00a0laborioas\u0103, mai complex\u0103 \u0219i mai riguroas\u0103, implic\u0203nd cele dou\u0103 procese fundamentale ale g\u00e2ndirii:\u00a0analiza \u0219i sinteza.<\/p><p>Pe calea\/ ruta direct\u0103, lexical-ortografic\u0103, cititorul recunoa\u0219te imediat un cuv\u00e2nt datorit\u0103\u00a0formei sale ortografice, recurg\u00e2nd la lexicul intern, constituit \u00een memoria sa de-a lungul procesului\u00a0de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Doar \u020bn fa\u021ba unui cuv\u00e2nt necunoscut, cititorul recurge la calea indirect\u0103, cea\u00a0fonologic\u0103, adic\u0103 la fuzionarea sunetelor corespunz\u0103toare grafemelor citite, spre realizarea unei\u00a0pronun\u021bii, chiar silen\u021bioase. Pentru a accede la scris, se trece astfel prin limbajul oral.<\/p><p>Pentru limba rom\u00e2n\u0103, este mai operant\u0103 ruta fonologic\u0103, datorit\u0103 coresponden\u021bei, cu mici\u00a0excep\u021bii, <strong>\u00eentre litera \/grafem \u2013 fonem<\/strong>. Galati in calitate de solicitant, Asociatia HELICOMED din lasi si Asociatia\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">SOMATO din Republica Moldova in calitate de parteneri.<\/span><\/p><p>Proiectul aduce c\u00e2teva contributii cu privire la tratarea unei probleme psiho-<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">medicale, precum dislexia, tulburare specifica de invatare a limbajului scris, in absenta\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">unui deficit intelectual, senzorial sau motor.<\/span><\/p><p>Diagnosticul de dislexie poate fi pus abia la sf\u00e2rsitul primilor 2 ani de scoala, dar\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">unele elemente ale simptomatologiei sunt observable, mai ales de catre un specialist, la\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">v\u00e2rsta prescolara a copilului.<\/span><\/p><p>De aceea, proiectul are 3 componente majore: productia instrumentului de lucru, in\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">baza brevetului nr. A 125059\/2008 pentru &#8220;APARAT PENTRU ETAPA DE INVATARE A\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">SCRIS-CITITULUI&#8221;, inregistrat ca marca la OSIM, sub denumirea de LUDOLEXOGRAF,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">formarea cursantilor in scopul folosirii aparatului si cercetarea asupra sindromului dislexo-<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">disgrafic.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Find un pilon principal al proiectul, brevetul este sustinut de ideile, conceptele,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">procedeul, solutiile tehnice si de design a schitelor, planurilor, proiectelor si detaliilor\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">necesare privind derularea proiectulului ce au fost puse la dispozitia cursantilor de catre\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">titular acestuia, Burlea Georgeta, Burlea Anamaria (casitorita Ciubara) si Burlea Stefan\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Lucian. Idea brevetului a plecat de la cunoasterea studiilor internationale si nationale\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">riguroase care au scos in evidenta amploarea sindromului dislexo-disgrafic, implicatiile\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">dramatice pe care acesta le are in planul dezvoltarii personalitatii copilului, a sanatatii sale\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">psihice si fizice, dar si de la faptul ca in Rom\u00e2nia nu sunt puse la punct metode eficiente de diagnostic<\/span>. Totusi, trebuie mentionat ca nu sunt validate instrumente de evaluare complexa\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">a copilor prescolari, cu ajutorul carora acestia pot fi depistati de timpuriu, prin\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">identificarea factorilor de risc asupra carora trebuie intervenit in timp util, in scopul\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">eliminarii lor.<\/span><\/p><p>Prin initierea prezentului proiect s-a urmarit cresterea capacitatii de cercetare intr-un\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">domeniu inovativ si cu implicatii concrete in scolaritatea din Romania. Acest demers se\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">bazeaza pe faptul ca fiziopatologia (factorii etiologici endogeni si exogeni implicati in<\/span><\/p><p>aceasta patologie) este cunoscuta, dar extrem de putin abordata in mod oficial.
